We have several new booths this year, as well as many returning. One new section of the street fair this year will be the "Focus on Caldwell County" area. This is where local groups, clubs and organizations will be set up to hand out information and provide services. The "Focus on Caldwell County" area will be located on the West Court Square in front of the Circuit Court Clerk office.
Other special areas that will be located around the court square during the street fair are the Yard Sale Alley and Farmers Market. The 2016 festival was the first year for the Yard Sale Alley, which will be located on the East Court Square this year. This year, that section has expanded. Local producers and homemakers will be set up in the Farmers Market section offering vegetables, baked goods and more.
A variety of children's activities, food booths and merchandise will be set up along Main Street as well. The Optimist Club encourages everyone to be sure and walk down the side streets and around the courthouse during Black Patch to see all the booths and enjoy all the activities offered this year.
The Optimist Club members want to thank the City of Princeton and the Caldwell County government for their support of the festival.
