Final Orders involve:
- Liens placed on the property in violation.
- A 7-day period to file an appeal to a decision of the Hearing Officer to the Code Enforcement board.
- A 30-day period to file an appeal to a decision of the Code Enforcement board to the Caldwell District Court.
Note: By not contesting a decision of either the Hearing Officer or the Code Enforcement board within the timeframes provided above, those decisions are deemed final.
